Doctor Willie J. Holley is a native of Pompano Beach, Florida. Upon Graduation from high school he continued his education at Morehouse College in Atlanta, Georgia until entering the United States Air Force. While in the Air Force, Doctor Holley earned the B.S. and M.S. degrees in Business Management from the University of Tampa and Troy State University, respectively. He is also a graduate of the United States Air Force Officer Training School, the Squadron Officers School, the Air Command and Staff College, and the Combined Services Academic Instructor School.  Doctor Holley also served as a Distinguished Professor of Aerospace Leadership and Management at Duke University, Durham, North Carolina. He was subsequently chosen as the Regional Director of Air Force Education programs for the state of North Carolina at the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill. Doctor Holley retired from military service with the rank of Major. He is a Vietnam Veteran with three combat tours in the Southeast Asia Theater of operations.  Upon retirement he and his wife, Sandra, moved to Sarasota, Florida where Doctor Holley answered his call to the Ministry of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. As an ordained Minister, Doctor Holley has served in numerous church positions including Bible Teacher, Youth Minister, and Associate Pastor at Bethesda Word of Faith Church and Koinonia Missionary Baptist Church of Sarasota, Florida. He also served as the Assistant Pastor at Mount Raymond Full Gospel Baptist Church in Palmetto, Florida. He is the founding and current Pastor of Pathways Christian Fellowship Center in Bradenton, Florida. He has earned the Masters and Doctorate degrees in Christian Theology. Doctor Holley continues to serve the community in a number of different roles.  He is a member and advisor to the Manatee County Community Pastors Fellowship and The Manatee Minister’s Anti-violence Task Force. He also served three terms as the President, Sarasota County Branch of the NAACP. Doctor Holley worked tirelessly as a member of the former Goodwill GoodHomes Board as a part of his commitment to providing affordable home ownership to the underserved of our community. Doctor Holley has received numerous awards and recognitions for his dedicated community service.  Reverend Holley regularly speaks to various community groups and organizations while continuing to share his business and marketing expertise with several local Pastors and para-church ministries. Reverend Holley is also deeply committed to the growth and development of the youth and adults of this community. Doctor Holley is married to Sandra Simmons of 
Saint Petersburg, Florida and they have one daughter.
